Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At Jennarational, our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services and consultations. While we do not offer returns on services rendered, we understand that there may be instances where a customer is not completely satisfied.


**Refunds:**

If you are not 100% satisfied with our services or consultations, please contact us within 1 days of the service being rendered. We will review your concerns and, if deemed necessary, provide a refund for the service.


**Cancellation Policy:**

If you need to cancel a service or consultation appointment, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations made after cancellation window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
